Information you provide
A reservation enquiry may contain name, email, phone, vehicle choice, collection and return locations, dates, flight number, message and consent time. The contact form accepts name, email, phone, subject and message. Reservation lookup uses a reference and email. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary identity documents through general forms.
Technical records and cookies
The server may record IP address, request time, browser information, requested address, response status and error details for security and operation. A session cookie supports CSRF protection, form messages and authorised administration sessions. Local-development collection requests end without recording analytics.
Purposes
Information is used to answer requests, assess availability, manage reservation status, plan handover, diagnose faults and prevent abuse. This version does not take online payment and does not run third-party advertising or behavioural-marketing cookies.
Storage, access and retention
Depending on configuration, records are stored in the mapped local MySQL database or protected server-side data files. Access should be limited to people who need to handle a request or operate the service. Because no fixed retention schedule has been verified, records should be removed or anonymised when operational, security and applicable legal needs end.
Service providers and communication channels
Hosting, email delivery and a user-selected phone or WhatsApp conversation may involve the relevant technical provider under its own terms. Information is not intentionally made public merely because it was submitted through this website.
Your choices and security
You may request access, correction or deletion through the published contact channels. Reasonable verification may be required before information is disclosed. Browser cookies can be removed, although blocking the essential session cookie may prevent secure forms or administration from working. Internet transmission cannot be guaranteed absolutely secure, so send only information needed for the request.
Children and changes
The service is not directed to children. If data handling or third-party tools change materially, this notice must be updated to reflect the actual operation.
First-party baseline measurement
In production, /collect/ is a cookie-free first-party request used to understand site operation and page use. It runs independently of cookie choices, does not build an advertising profile and is not sent to a third party. It records nothing in local development.
