Nature of the service
The site presents vehicle groups and lets a visitor request an offer. Sending a form is not an automatic reservation, a guarantee of one exact car or a payment obligation. A booking becomes confirmed only when the vehicle group, dates, total charge, handover and other terms are confirmed in writing.
User responsibilities
Contact, travel and driver information must be accurate. Another person’s details should be submitted only with appropriate authority. Before accepting, review licence and identity requirements, payment and deposit information, insurance scope, mileage, fuel and cancellation terms.
Prohibited use
Do not attempt unauthorised access, bypass security, submit harmful code, disrupt the service with automated traffic, create fraudulent requests or send material that infringes another person’s rights. Related requests may be restricted and security records reviewed.
Vehicles, prices and errors
A displayed model or image may represent a requested group. Availability and price change with dates and only a written offer is controlling. Obvious typographical, technical or pricing errors are not binding. Compare capacity and transmission again if an alternative is proposed.
External services and availability
Phone, email and WhatsApp links involve third-party communication providers under their own terms. Maintenance, security work or technical failure may temporarily change or interrupt the website.
Content rights and limitations
Site text, interface, logo and published media remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. General web information does not replace the signed rental agreement. To the extent permitted by applicable law, decisions should not rely on assumptions that have not been confirmed in writing.
